Abstract
Cowboy Poet Parfumerie is an avant-garde perfume house created as a passion project to explore branding and art direction. I created the entire visual identity, including logos, packaging design, and motion design, to explore the intersection between fragrance and storytelling through expressive design.
Promotional Video
Social media teaser designed to generate excitement around the launch of Cowboy Poet Parfumerie. The video features the electric buzz of neon lights, the light leaks of a rolling film camera, and the lens adjusting restlessly to hint at the release.
Barefoot Dance



Barefoot Dance is perfume concept I came up with inspired by the musician and poet Patti Smith. The fragrance notes include worn leather, ink, violets, patchouli, and pink pepper as a tribute to her balance between grit and grace. This is a bold, strong, unisex fragrance that requires packaging with an edgy, creative tone. For the box, I paired layered ink washes with type that felt handmade and expressive.
Fragrance Card Insert

This is a card insert included with the purchase of Barefoot Dance. The goal was to break down the notes of the perfume in a way that felt in-keeping with Cowboy Poet's clean but unconventional branding.
Moodboard

Cowboy Poet Parfumerie's branding was inspired by the romanticism of the western frontier, the creative minds of the 1970s, and a passion for individuality and self-expression through art and scent.
Design Process




Early logo design ideations for Cowboy Poet Parfumerie. I wanted to create a logo for the brand as a whole that was polished with an edge, leaving room for more fun logos for the individual scents.
